Neopets is a site game. Which means you go around the site and play the game that way. If you have an account you can play. You get fore neopets which you have to feed. You also have to play with them. Or you can leave them at a hotel and they’ll take care of them. But if you do that they only stay there temporarily. So you always have to come back eventually.
